Corner Pins Bowling Associate

Good Food Restaurants is proud to announce the upcoming opening of Spring & Main. Exciting new restaurants and bold entertainment options all under one roof in the entertainment district of downtown Lima. The second floor of Spring & Main, Corner Pins duck pin bowling alley and arcade, will be at the heart of the excitement.

Overview: For this position, we are seeking reliable and friendly team members that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a positive guest experience by keeping the bowling alley clean and guest-ready
• Prepare bowling lanes and seating areas for use, bussing, sweeping, and spot-cleaning in between lane reservations
• Clean and sanitize all workspaces and food/beverage surfaces per restaurant protocols
• Learn the basic pin setter mechanics and troubleshooting techniques
• Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play.
• Become Knowledgeable About the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policy
• Assist with guest reservations and walk-in bowling transactions
• Effectively communicate with serving, kitchen, and management teams to provide a quality customer service
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with Health Department Regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be 21+ to apply
