    Join us as a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1, and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring fans can easily access their favorite merchandise.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Provide an outstanding shopping experience to drive customer loyalty with your product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
    • Support the store leadership team and take charge in their absence, ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor
    • Manage store opening and closing procedures as required, showing your leadership capabilities
    • Handle sales transactions at the register and upsell by leveraging your fandom knowledge
    • Understand sales targets and key performance indicators to contribute to store success
    • Assist in implementing store layout changes and merchandising updates
    • Share fashion trend insights with management and HQ partners
    • Collaborate with the team to prevent theft and maintain store organization
    • Foster a positive team environment and assist in team development
    • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Store Leader
    WHAT YOU'LL NEED
    • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, a passion for pop culture, and philanthropic initiatives
    • Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to handle retail tasks and lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise

    Please be aware that the starting pay for this role is $17.20 per hour as mentioned in the job listing. However, final salaries will be based on various factors.
