To strengthen our nursing teams, we are looking for a Residential Area Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Waal, starting immediately.

The position is available in full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring basic and treatment care and implementing expert standards
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervision of employees in the assigned residential area
  • Staff deployment and development
  • Performance evaluation
  • Quality assurance
  • Cooperative collaboration in all areas and departments
