Description

Polygon HQ is looking for a dynamic and independent chiropractor who wants to see patients in a 1 on 1 setting.

The chiropractors responsibility will be to evaluate and case manage our personal injury referrals.

This position has flexible hours and you can create your own schedule. Initially we will be starting with 8-12 hours a week.

This position is mainly to do evaluations, re-evaluations, and some treatment Opportunity for profit sharing is also available after 1 year.

The position can also transition into full-time.
