Front Office Administrative Assistant - Los Angeles, United States - LA Sports Massage
Description
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Client booking and scheduling
- Client payment processing
- Answering phones and client questions
- Attentive to the needs of the facility
- Cooperate with management and massage therapy staff
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Google systems, and MindBody software or possess the capacity to learn the software and systems
- Communicate schedule to massage therapists
- Membership sales
- Administrative paperwork
- Monitor massage therapy records
- Monitor overall cleanliness of the facility
- Perform laundry duties
- Advise management of short term and longterm needs for the facility and the business
- Other job duties to be determined by LASM management
Requirements:
- Proficient with PC and associated software (MindBody, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and phone presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritizes and manages time effectively
- Strong listening and phone presentation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage 3 local remote locations
- Professional appearance
- 1 year of front desk experience required
- Massage spa front office experience preferred
Hours:
- 8 hour shifts 11 am to 7 pm
- Flexible Scheule-Part time position
Compensation:
- $20-22/hour
- $25 bonus per new membership sign-up
- $250 signing bonus after 90 days/$250 retention bonus after 6 months
