Technician for Automation Technology

To support our Business Unit Care Chemicals at our location in Oberhausen

We are currently seeking reinforcements for our site at the Ruhrchemie plant in Oberhausen for the maintenance of our facilities for the production of additives for the oil processing industry. With approximately 70 employees, we are a small, highly specialized site within Clariant, where various additives are produced using technically interesting polymerization processes.

We are currently looking for a Technician for Automation Technology

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the CAE tool Prodok
  • Independent execution of basic and detailed engineering
  • Creation of measuring point, circuit, cable and terminal diagrams as well as parts lists
  • Updating and managing measuring points in the P&ID
  • Specification of electrical, measuring and automation devices
  • Conducting calculations and dimensioning of SIL and Ex loops
  • Participation in the standardization of documentation and technology
  • Support in project execution

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the field of EMR with further training as a technician or equivalent qualification
  • High level
