Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Collect and verify patient insurance information
• Input insurance breakdowns into our dental software
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure a smooth front desk operation

Qualifications:

• Experience with the above tasks is a plus
• Familiarity with dental software (experience with Open Dental preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred, but not required

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (one hour lunch)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $17+/hr, depending on experience (negotiable)
• 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)
• Paid holidays
