The Production Control Scheduler provides support to the Supply Chain Manager in production planning and the creation of production orders.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Create and maintain Production Plan based on Materion Ceramics products.
- Review, close and settle production orders
- Assist in outsourcing supplies
- Create purchase requisitions for procurement utilizing SAP/Ariba
- Provide backup support to the shipping department, as needed
- Perform inventories on a quarterly and annual basis
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in preparing reports
- Engage in the Advanced Supply Operating Plan
- Communicate with Customer Support Specialists
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in manufacturing environment
- Previous SAP experience, MS Office Word and Excel
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
