As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting homeowners, escrow companies, realtors and REO institutions via telephone and e-mail.
Job Responsibilities:
Take inbound/outbound calls from homeowners/residents of rental properties, realtors, REO institutions and respond in a timely manner
Provide residents with service information and submit work orders as needed
Coordinate with CM's and Associates regarding unit and community information
Research information using internal software, available resources and knowledge data base
Verify and update customer information
*Open availability required for Customer Care Center hours
Employees will have 1 designated weekday and 1 designated weekend day off per week
FL and NC:
Monday – Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST (8-hour shifts)
TX:
Monday – Sunday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (8-hour shifts)
NV:
Monday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (8-hour shifts)
Pre-employment Training
3 Weeks Monday – Friday
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
