As a Trainer & Onboarding HR Specialist, you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers.

This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing industry.

In this role you will assist with onboarding and training for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

This position is responsible for assisting with Company policy compliance and development and making recommendations for improvements, where necessary.

Qualifications:


  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Reliable means of communication & transportation
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA
  • Ability to read, speak and write English
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's preemployment screening process, including drug and background
  • Prior experience training and onboarding
