Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet service/sales goals.
Retain leads and current book of business, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting goals preferred
Interest in marketing and pivoting to products and services based on customer needs
Self-motivated
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Achieve mutually agreed-upon goals
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
