YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Telephonebased commercial support for credit card holders, merchants, and banks in the area of cashless payment transactions (inbound only)
Processing of related correspondence/administrative tasks
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Use of industryspecific programs and systems
Close collaboration with internal interfaces

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed commercial training or work experience in the commercial sector
High customer and service orientation
Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
Good German language skills, as well as very good English and/or French/Italian/Dutch skills
Flexibility in working hours
