Job Summary:
Duties:
- Coordinate projects and manage timelines effectively.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and file management.
- Assist with personal assistant tasks for Management.
- Assist with onboarding of technical resources (commissioning technicians)
- Assist with quotes and estimates as required.
- Handle purchase order entry and maintain accurate records of quotes and purchases for 3rd party.
- Assist with timecard tracking, signoffs, and approvals.
- Support office management duties as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer support.
- Attend trade shows and meeting with management as required.
- Send & receive packaging and mail as required.
Skills:
- Proficient in project coordination and completing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong computer skills for data entry and managing of documentation.
- Experience in providing personal assistant supportKnowledge of purchasing.
- Ability to handle office management tasks in an efficient manner.
- Excellent communication skills with internal staff and clients.
- Prior experience in administrative roles.
- Knowledge of oil & gas service companies, electrical and instrumentation industries and the ability to adapt and learn new skills.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hour days. At times this role may require assistance and work outside of normal hours.
Work Location:
In-person at our office located on the edge of The Woodlands, Texas.
