Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Coordinate projects and manage timelines effectively.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and file management.
  • Assist with personal assistant tasks for Management.
  • Assist with onboarding of technical resources (commissioning technicians)
  • Assist with quotes and estimates as required.
  • Handle purchase order entry and maintain accurate records of quotes and purchases for 3rd party.
  • Assist with timecard tracking, signoffs, and approvals.
  • Support office management duties as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer support.
  • Attend trade shows and meeting with management as required.
  • Send & receive packaging and mail as required.

Skills:


  • Proficient in project coordination and completing multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong computer skills for data entry and managing of documentation.
  • Experience in providing personal assistant supportKnowledge of purchasing.
  • Ability to handle office management tasks in an efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal staff and clients.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of oil & gas service companies, electrical and instrumentation industries and the ability to adapt and learn new skills.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hour days. At times this role may require assistance and work outside of normal hours.


Work Location:
In-person at our office located on the edge of The Woodlands, Texas.
