Description

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
Coordinate and assist with various projects, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Skills:

Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent clerical skills, including accurate data entry and attention to detail.
Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls courteously and efficiently.
Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members.
Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Front desk experience is a plus.
