Deputy project management for the implementation of Lidl's omnichannel customer data strategy to establish a CDP for Lidl
Coordination of project execution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, country organizations)
Development of strategies for automated measurability and further digitalization of Lidl's media mix (paid/earned/owned) along the customer journey
Development of international standards for planning, measuring, and reporting digital KPIs as drivers of our digital transformation in marketing
Support in setting up the international AdTech stack and interface management with MarTech systems
Responsibility for the implementation and rollout of MarTech tools in over 30 country organizations
