    Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Arriving to center on time
    • Working one on one with children with autism
    • Providing clinic based ABA therapy
    • Reporting and collecting data
    • Completing session notes daily

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $ $22.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

    BONUS OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE Receive a pay increase your first 30 days for perfect attendance and additional bonuses for completing work-related duties in a timely manner

    Requirements

    Must-Haves:

    • RBT Certification through the BACB
    • Meet physical requirements for position, which may include ability to assist in lifting clients, packages, and equipment
    • Reliable transportation
    • Ability to take feedback
    • Pass a background clearance

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Effective written, verbal, and emotional communication skills
    • Have own phone, or reliable access to messages
    • Previous experience working with children
    • Previous experience working with people with disabilities
    • Ability to work with others as a team
    • Commitment to the mission and purpose of Fiesta Health
    • Satisfactory work history
