This nanny position in Wellesley offers a dynamic opportunity to care for two delightful children, aged 6 and 3.5, in a nurturing and engaging environment.

With a schedule spanning Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm, and the potential for additional hours on Mondays and Thursdays starting at 7:30 am, the role offers flexibility within a range of 30 to 37 hours per week.

The family, residing in a pet-free home, requires occasional local travel, particularly to New Hampshire, and values a car for transportation.

As the youngest child has a peanut allergy and the family abstains from red meat, the nanny will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy meal environment.

Additionally, responsibilities extend to basic household management tasks such as meal preparation, grocery organization, and light tidying, with the potential for expanded duties including family meal preparation and contractor coordination.

Hire-date is mid-May but sooner if the right fit is found

Family would like to begin interviews over Zoom

Compensation is $30-35/hour

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, healthcare stipend is offered if needed


Requirements:


  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience that can be verified
  • Holds a valid US driver's license
  • Able to provide a minimum of 3 outstanding references from prior childcare positions
  • Be fully fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States
  • Clean driving record

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
