On behalf of our client in the fine chemicals industry in Leipzig, we are looking for an Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d) for a permanent position with our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial and organizational tasks for the Managing Director and in the HR department
  • Preparation and followup of shareholder meetings and customer meetings
  • Contract management and coordination with lawyers (HR, corporate/contract law, patent law, trademark law) as well as due diligence processes
  • Investor relations: information and support for shareholders and potential investors, involvement in possible fundraising activities (together with CEO/CFO)
  • Creation of presentations and evaluations, correspondence, preparation and followup of meetings
  • Communication with shareholders, potential investors, stakeholders, employees, applicants, authorities, and customers via mail and email
  • Digital and analog recruiting, applicant management, contract management, and maintenance of personnel master data
  • Creation of references according to specifications, general administrative tasks, and other activities in the HR department

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education, degree in business administration desired but not mandatory
  • Further qualification in HR desired (e.g. certified HR specialist (m/f/d) by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce)
  • Solid professional experience in office management of a mediumsized company or as an assistant to the management
  • Excellent MS Office skills (mail merge, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Knowledge of company organization and processes
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to trade fairs
