The Position:

Join the Translational Medicine & Clinical Pharmacology team in Morgan's Point Resort, TX as a Project Coordinator and make a meaningful impact.

This role is crucial in guiding project teams through various development phases and ensuring efficient coordination.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project lead in setting up new project teams and guiding them through different phases of development. This includes organizing kickoff and regular meetings, as well as onboarding new team members.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and processing meetings, such as creating agendas, team reviews, tracking action items, and taking minutes.
As the central point of contact, you will handle all administrative questions, topics, and tools for all project interfaces.
Additionally, you will work independently on various Project Management Office (PMO) tasks, such as processing guidance documents.
You will also be involved in organizing trainings and developing a training program.

Requirements:

A master's or bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, with some previous experience. Alternatively, a professional training with extensive experience.
Strong knowledge of project and change management.
Highly motivated, independent, flexible, and reliable.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with a high level of commitment.
Fluent in German and English (C
