Description
Busy Commercial Real Estate Office seeking an office assistant/receptionist to perform administrative and office support. Must be a quick learner and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.Duties may include but not limited to:
Answers telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate staff member.
Take and distribute accurate messages.
Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
Data entry.
Accounts Receivable
Fax, Scan and Copy Documents
Filing and maintain the office filing and storage systems.
Assisting Office Manager with her daily duties.
Software Knowledge:
QuickBooks
Microsoft Office (especially Outlooks, Word, and Excel)
Adobe Acrobat
Experience:
2-year minimum Office experience required
Ability to use a multi-lined phone.
Tech Savvy
Must be attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions
Work in a fast-paced office
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
Adobe Acrobat: 2 years (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
