What will you be doing?

Whether directly from our company or from our qualified sales partners: Providing comprehensive support for our customers' IT security systems is our top priority. Our experts in the Customer Care team solve complex support cases - if necessary, involving our product development.

Thanks to your technical know-how, extensive product training, and intensive training by experienced team members, you will develop a deep understanding of our systems. This will allow you to empathize with our customers' problems and identify, analyze, and resolve errors.

  • You will act as a contact person for the IT administrators of our customers and partners, mainly through a ticket system, but also by phone
  • With your solid network knowledge, you will identify errors and initiate quick and reliable measures to resolve them
  • You will work together with our customers to analyze the underlying causes of problems and involve our product development if necessary
  • You will monitor, manage, and control complex customer environments remotely (Remote Managed Service)
  • You will provide advice to our customers on the functionality of our products and optimizing their network security
