Description
Become a Bilingual Crisis Case Manager at our company, a role in the Social Work sector, specializing in Home Study and Post-Release Services for unaccompanied children in the US. Join a national project aimed at increasing our presence from six to 17 offices throughout the country. This challenging 36-month contract position offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a short time frame.
As a Crisis Case Manager (Level 3) in our team, your main focus will be on conducting Home Studies to evaluate potential sponsors' capacity to provide for the needs of unaccompanied children upon their release, as well as offering Post-Release Services to support children and sponsors after their reunification. By developing customized service plans and utilizing a variety of resources, you will ensure the safety and stability of each child and family in your care.
Working with specific challenges and circumstances, you will deliver intensive services tailored to meet the unique needs of each case. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining effective communication with community service providers to offer holistic support.
