Description

As a customer service specialist at Milford, you will support the team in all aspects of the import and export process, including day-to-day operations and our sales department. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth process by providing accurate and timely information. You will handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Your responsibilities include:

· Processing orders, creating pick lists, packing slips, invoices, and credit notes

· Communicating with customers in English and German

· Regular coordination with our parent company in Israel

· Coordinating logistical import and export processes with freight forwarders, customers, and customs

· Maintaining master data in our ERP system

· Managing backorders and logistical claims

· Creating long-term supplier declarations (LLE)

Your qualifications:

· Completed training in freight forwarding or a similar commercial field

· Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

· Additional language skills are advantageous

· Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office 365 programs, especially Excel

· Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach

· Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
