Full Time Maintenance Worker - Bradenton, United States - Shorewalk Palms Condominium

Description

Large condominium complex in Bradenton is looking to add another full-time, grounds maintenance person to assist the Maintenance Supervisor. This position is 40 hours per week, Wednesday-Sunday, from 7:00am-3:00pm, holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required.


SKILLS/DUTIES OVERVIEW:

Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance and repairs involving the following:

• Water irrigation/sprinkler systems
• Stairs, walkways, gates, fences, patios, railings
• Painting
• Tile, carpet, drywall, flooring
• Interior/exterior lights
• Gas barbeque grills
• Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
• Ceiling and/or wall leaks

JOB TYPE:

• Full time

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Facilities maintenance: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (required)
