The Herald Square Brand Manager works in partnership with G-III Sales Team and Macy's Team to manage overall business and deliver sales results.
Responsibilities driving sales by delivering outstanding customer service, timely placement and processing of merchandise, maintaining strong visual presentation and identifying store specific opportunities.

Location (On-Site):
New York City, Midtown Manhattan – Fashion District
Availability:
Some evening and weekend shifts required
Areas of Responsibility:
Sales
Responsible for driving Herald Square sales and profit.
Analyze sales and inventory through weekly reporting. Monitor and communicate stock/assortment needs.
Participate in G-III Corporate Walkthroughs; Share relevant information during Macy's Blackbox Walkthroughs
Lead a culture that provides outstanding Customer Service.
Provide training on Product Knowledge, Selling Tips and Presentation Standards with Macy's Sales Associates and Management
Develop/Maintain relationships with Macy's Management and Sales Associates; Conduct Monthly/Seasonal Mgt Business Review Meetings
Store Execution
Implement Monthly Floor sets and Merchandising Updates based on sales, sell-through, markdowns and promotional cadence
Maintain Presentation Standards through ongoing Fill- In and Recovery
Work alongside Macy's Associates to ensure Markdowns are completed in a timely manner, sales floor is signed for all Sale Events, Stockroom and Storage Standards are maintained
Communication
Maintain consistent, and organized methods of communication with G-III Sales Teams and Macy's Store Teams
Recap daily sales updates, top sellers and opportunities, visual updates, customer experience, and action plans.
Requirements:
Prior retail experience
Creative Thinking; Business Driver
Excellent Communication Skill
Visual Merchandising
Proficient in Microsoft Office
The pay range for this position is: $65,000 - $72,000 per /year.
