The Mehrhoff Agency, located in historic Bellport Village, NY is seeking an detail-orientated, professional to join their team

Part-Time work schedule with possibility to go Full-Time.

As a team member of the Mehrhoff Agency, your primary responsibility will be to assist with maintaining our current book of business, while building and developing customer relationships within the community and promote insurance products including auto home and life insurance.

You will also be responsible for quality control/compliance checks for our in-house servicing.


Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for incoming calls and customer walkins.
• Monitor the office text messaging system
• Photo Inspections
• Assist customers with payments
• Upload documentation
• Communicate with senior management on compliance related items regularly.
• Maintain customer relations and customer retention by outreach for anniversaries, multiline opportunities, birthdays, etc.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned by upper management.

Requirements:

• Customer Service experience of at least 1 year
• Compliance experience of at least 1 year
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
• Insurance experience, strongly preferred
