At vk automation GmbH, we offer SPS programming services to corporations and SMEs on a regional, national, and international level in the metal processing industry, special machinery, automotive industry, solar industry, and engineering offices. Our own developed SCADA software completes our service portfolio.

Our team consists of two young managing directors and other software developers who are characterized by their dynamic, ambitious, reliable, and innovative commitment. New, complex projects motivate us programmers to find innovative solutions and provide us with exciting and individual tasks every day.

Our tasks include:

  • Creating SPS software for machines/systems, including necessary controls, bus systems, HMIs, and interfaces to sub-systems
  • Connecting and integrating applications such as camera, drive, robot, joining, adhesive, laser, and screw technology, as well as process control systems
  • Commissioning at the end customer (regional, national, and international) while ensuring the functionality of the control technology
  • Supporting control technology from project planning to implementation at the customer
  • Adapting processes in terms of quality, availability, and cycle time optimization, as well as adapting application software
  • Collecting quality data and ensuring traceability
  • Conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting SPS malfunctions
  • Training customer personnel on how to operate and maintain machines/systems
