Your tasks will include:

Representation of the housekeepers in their absence
Ensuring a smooth workflow in the housekeeping department
Co-responsibility for cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of all rooms and public areas, as well as back of the house areas
Creation of duty and deployment schedules
Compliance with standards
Inventory management and inventories
Management of employees
Conducting spot checks of rooms
Management of lost and found items

You have previous experience in housekeeping, are a strong leader, decisive and innovative. Cleanliness and hygiene are of great importance to you. You consider a confident and friendly interaction with guests and employees to be a matter of course. Your German language skills are excellent in both spoken and written form.
