    Job Title:
    Tax Compliance Analyst

    What does a successful Compliance Tax Analyst do at Fiserv?
    You will be responsible for preparing all aspects of federal income tax compliance, including the preparation of corporate U.S.

    federal annual income tax returns, detailed supporting workpapers, extensions, estimated tax payments, and maintaining tax filing calendars and ensuring tax filings are accurate.


    What you will do:


    Prepare federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and supporting workpapers ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

    Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and year-end tax provisions.

    Assist with the quarter end close reconciliations of tax accounts.

    Assist with tax audits and gathering the required information from IDRs.

    Assist with special projects, including tax planning or tax recovery projects.

    Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to tax tasks.


    Collaborate with other tax professionals within the department to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tasks.


    Professional Development:
    Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specific expertise.

    Liaise with other departments within the Company for certain tasks.

    Research tax issues related to domestic/foreign compliance.


    Work with and support tax technology group to maintain appropriate global inventory of all tax specific tools and applications to support Federal and Partnership tax compliance.

    What you will need to have:

    Bachelor's Degree

    2 years of professional tax experience and knowledge in accounting for income taxes under US GAAP.

    2 years' experience with a "Big Four" accounting firm, preferred

    2 years' experience with U.S. Federal and State income tax compliance

    What would be great to have:

    BA/BS in Accounting and/or master's degree in taxation

    CPA Preferred

    This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
