- Regularly inspect the property to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from various areas
- Manage trash and recycling disposal in the designated areas
- Maintain pool levels and cleanliness on a daily basis
- Assist in general labor duties to upkeep the facilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of grills by inspecting timers and knobs
- Prior experience in general labor preferred, with multifamily experience as a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
- Preferred certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Ability to utilize various hand tools, cleaning supplies, and equipment required for the role
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Capacity to lift tools and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs
