Your responsibilities

Administration of hybrid IT infrastructure (Microsoft servers, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Firewall)
Design and implementation of IT projects
Continued development of network and security standards
Support and assistance with user inquiries
Monitoring of system landscape, including network and backup
Realization of various projects in the Windows server and Active Directory environment
First and second level support for our employees with hardware and software issues
Error analysis, diagnosis, and resolution in the described areas
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Your profile

University degree in computer science or a successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent proven skills and experience
Experience with hybrid directory service environments
In-depth knowledge of network technology and network communication
Responsible management and maintenance of server and network structures
Knowledge in VMware and administration of MS environments
Basic knowledge of ERP system
