If you're a self-starter comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously, this role is for you. Apply your expertise to develop, implement, and monitor Quality processes, and ensure products meet quality and system requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience with ANOVA & DOE Quality systems
Familiarity with DMAIC & 5 why & 8D methods
Knowledge of ISO compliance, Kaizens & VSM

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams daily to ensure quality product delivery
Utilize the company's ERP system effectively
Support ISO certification processes
Engage with all levels of the organization

Physical Demands:

Work in moderate weather conditions
Operate around moving parts
Adhere to safety gear requirements
Lift up to 10 lbs. frequently, 25 lbs. infrequently
Effectively communicate with stakeholders
Read and review blueprints and schematics

Additional training will be provided for duties outside the core function.
