Your tasks:
You make the difference with us.

  • In the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team, you support the recruitment, guidance, and support of different target groups of young talents and professionals.
  • You accompany the entire application process, from writing and posting job advertisements on the right channels, to preselecting incoming applications, to coordinating and actively participating in interviews. You also support direct search activities.
  • In addition, you get involved in organizing and conducting assessment centers, as well as our university marketing events, and also contribute to the implementation of various HR projects (e.g. further development of our young talent programs).
  • You independently develop presentation materials, create evaluations, and smaller concepts.
  • You are in the middle of it all and not only get to know different employer branding and talent relations measures, but also gain insights into other HR teams and various departments.

Your profile:
You reinvent us over and over again.

  • You are currently studying, for example, economics, social sciences, or a comparable subject.
  • You are passionate about talent acquisition and ideally have gained first practical experience in recruiting and employer branding.
  • You are an organizational talent and possess both strong analytical skills
