The BranchManager is accountable for branch operations and compliance by providingdirection and guidance to branch team on operational/regulatoryprocedures, ensuring compliance with operational, security, auditprocedures, and timely completion of branch operational tasks.
The BranchManager leads his/her team through consistent execution of the BranchPlaybook to deliver on Branch Goals.The Branch Manager has a strong focus onacquiring and growing small business relationships and will serve as a marketleader in the local community and/or designated business area.
