If you excel at door-to-door sales, we want to hear from you. Whether you have experience in scheduling appointments for construction or home improvement projects, or if you're new to D2D sales, we're interested in talking to you. We are committed to training and nurturing individuals to become successful in this field.

    At Tephra Solar, you'll be helping homeowners transition to solar energy, eliminating their energy expenses. What's even better is that homeowners don't have to pay anything upfront. With our program and the federal tax credit, the solar system pays for itself from day one.

    What we are seeking:

    At Tephra Solar, we provide you with all the necessary resources to earn between $35,000 to $75,000 per year initially, with prospects for growth. Successful candidates can progress to leadership roles in direct sales and marketing, with potential earnings exceeding $150,000 annually.

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary: $40,000.00 to $200,000.00 /commission

    Experience:

    Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. We offer training for individuals with no prior experience.
