Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) - PRN

Summary of Position:

Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager / DON, the LPN/LVN - PRN functions as a licensed caregiver, overseeing assigned residents/patients during a shift.
Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the resident's/patient's care plan.
Ensures adherence to care standards, maintains a safe environment, and supervises nursing assistants' activities.
Complies with Center policies, procedures, and State Nurse Practice Act.

This role involves a commitment to work a minimum of 8 shifts and a maximum of 10 shifts per month, including summer and winter holidays.

Requirements:

Licensed as an LPN in the State
Current CPR certification
Proficient in using medical supplies and equipment
Able to calculate drug dosages
Meet all health requirements mandated by law
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy with a willingness to learn new applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a dynamic work environment
Prior post-acute care experience is a plus
