We are looking for you as

Deputy Head of Station (m/f/d) for our youth psychiatry at the Center for Mental Health

What to expect

You form a management team with the head of station and together you are responsible for the organization and conceptual management of the nursing team
You take over personnel planning, absence management and organization of the station team
You ensure evidence-based nursing care including documentation and coding according to the station concept as well as active further development and implementation of internal nursing organizational structures
You take on the deputy participation in regular communication meetings and ensure the transfer of information to subordinate employees
You actively participate in the continuous personnel development for targeted development of employees and participate in regular training and further education
You support the head of station in ensuring the implementation of company and clinic goals

What you bring

You have completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d) and
Ideally, you have completed further training as a head of station or are willing to do so soon
Ideally, you have several years of experience in psychiatric or psychotherapeutic work
You also have assertiveness, team and conflict management skills, as well as personal suitability for a leadership position
You are characterized by an open-minded, dedicated and empathetic personality, and patient-centered communication and social skills are also among your strengths
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
