Home Health agency looking for an RN to join our team in a per-diem format to do home visits for our patients.
The purpose of the home visits will be mainly for start of care documentation (SOC), IV, Wound Care, Injections, Discharge documentation, Etc.
Our patients are mainly in Victorville and San Bernardino (and vicinity.)This is a great opportunity to make great side income or grow with us by taking more cases.

$ $200.00 per hour
