- Interface with employees across multiple organizations and external parties as a liaison under direction of the CIO.
- review, summarize, and prepare data analysis and/or recommendations for governance and process documentations under Telecom supplier management.
- external relationships with vendors to ensure timely payment of managed network services (MNS) and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) service tracks.
- findings and research billing questions, issues, disputes and follow through to resolution.
- administrative, financial, and business operations support to department managers and business partners within supplier/vendor relationship management, asset management, compliance, audit, and Telecom expense management.
- business support for software/hardware maintenance contracts renewals.
- with technical owners to support contract renewals, requests quotes, procure licensing and software renewals from start to finish.
- and assess appropriate sources to obtain data, tracking, and verification and compare and contrast information for analysis.
- with vendors to secure pricing and analysis based on contractual agreements.
