- Represent Rotobec with its current and potential customers by maintaining and developing relationships with them.
- Support our dealers and customers in their business activities by recommending the appropriate product for their needs and assist our dealers with closing sales.
- Evaluate the sales potential for our different markets and produce sales forecasts.
- Analyze the market and propose strategies to grow sales and meet the company's expectations.
- Enter all relevant information about our customers, the market, or important events in the company's CRM.
- Travel 25 to 30 weeks per year to represent Rotobec with its customers within the salesman AOR.
- Experience in business-to-business sales.
- Experience in dealing with heavy equipment.
- Autonomous and well organized.
- Good computer skills (Salesforce, Excel, PMP, Etc.)
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Must be able to travel to Canada for occasional training or other special events at the company's headquarters.
- Suitable home office to work and follow up with customers while not traveling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
