Are you a passionate nursing manager in the field of residential care, who enjoys your daily tasks and has a knack for team development?

Our nursing home in Bernsbach provides a home for 50 residents. If providing dignified care and support is close to your heart, we would be delighted to have you join our nursing team with passion and dedication.

Your daily tasks will include:


  • Taking on the nursing management role in the facility.
  • This includes responsibility for staff scheduling, maintaining high standards of care and support in the facility, and developing nursing and care concepts in accordance with MDK transparency criteria.
  • You will also represent the facility and the organization appropriately in the public eye.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed training as a specialist in nursing or elderly care, and has at least 2 years of professional experience as a nursing specialist in residential nursing or elderly care within the last 5 years.
  • Has a degree as a "Managing Specialist in Nursing Facilities (PDL)" or a successfully completed degree in nursing management.
  • Has previous experience as a leader and possesses excellent professional and personnel management skills.
  • Is familiar with quality management guidelines and is willing to implement them.
  • Has excellent communication and cooperation skills with patients, family members, colleagues, and superiors.
  • Requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills, as well as resilience and a sense of responsibility.
