What will be your responsibilities with us?

Close collaboration with product management and development
Handling incoming 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support requests
No fear of directly supporting customers over the phone and making them happy
Independent processing of support tickets in Jira and prioritizing them according to urgency
Identifying and documenting customer problems or requests
Helping to improve the product
Supporting our internal IT to make it more sustainable

What will convince us?

Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable vocational training, career changers are also welcome
Basic experience in IT support
