• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
• Proficient in using webbased social media management tools
• Experience with Lightroom and CANVA for creating visual content
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track social media performance
• Basic photography skills for capturing highquality visuals for social media posts
• Experience in videography
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO and content marketing
• Experience in ecommerce or online retail is a plus
• Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate and errorfree content
