Description
As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first welcoming point of contact into our practice, requiring a friendly, outgoing personality with strong attention to detail.
Receptionist responsibilities include phone correspondence with clients in varying ways, processing client transactions, maintaining records and assisting in the appointment flow.
Previous experience preferred.Must be available to work Tuesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
