We are currently seeking a Specialist (m/f/d) for Contract Management and Process Quality for our Building/Facility Management department (PIF).

This is a challenging role that involves:

  • Managing contracts and monitoring service quality, as well as providing technical evaluation and resolution of conflicts for the PIF department.
  • Taking responsibility for process quality and efficiency for the PIF department, including advising department and division management.
  • Implementing and monitoring optimization potentials.
  • Planning and supporting the coordination of investments and maintenance for facility management.
  • Handling and overseeing tenders for services and energy for facility management.
  • Analyzing and creating reports, statistics, and presentations, including for energy management and ESG reporting.
  • Participating in on-call duty.
  • Taking on special tasks as assigned by the supervisor
