    Innovative, dynamic company in the Baltimore-Washington area seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for a newly-created hybrid role to provide valuable insights, data-driven recommendations, and strategic business guidance.

    Responsibilities

    Analyze trends, create budgets, develop financial models, forecasting, data miningMonitoring KPI'sCraft stories, develop dashboards, and compose reports based on financial data and history of the company to translate into action itemsPresent recommendations to leadership based on financial information

    Skills Desired Include

    B.S. in business, finance, accounting or related field5+ years of experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and precision accuracyProficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet softwareExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinking and business acumenStrong analytical and data visualization skillsAdvanced financial modeling skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
