Investment Management firm based in the Baltimore area is currently looking for a Junior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

. Analyze financial data, market trends, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
. Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation, including functional specifications and process flows, to support project initiatives.
. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
. Conduct thorough impact analysis and feasibility studies to assess the potential outcomes of proposed changes or enhancements.
. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation review.

Qualifications:

· Graduated/Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

· Advanced spreadsheet skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Communication skills

· Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
