AI/ML Research Engineer

This is a direct hire position.

You can live anywhere in the US and work 100% remotely as long as you can start at 8:30 AM CST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Translate AI/ML research into deployable, scalable software solutions that advance our operational efficiency and market presence.
Implement and optimize AI/ML models for production, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability using MLOps principles.
Collaborate with the software development team to integrate AI solutions into existing and new product lines.
Connecting the dots between a variety of software and tools.
Stay abreast of AI/ML deployment technology advancements, especially in Azure cloud environments.
Work closely with the AI/ML Research Scientist and Data Scientist to translate research findings into deployable features.
Ensure that AI/ML implementations are robust, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
Be a core contributor to researching ideas to expand the company's AI-driven product lines.
Lead the technical aspects of AI/ML product development, from initial design to deployment and ongoing support.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Computation, etc.
3+ years in AI/ML engineering, especially roles focusing on Azure MLOps
Experience in implementing and optimizing AI/ML models for production, and ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
Proficiency in Python
ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Extensive Azure experience
Familiarity with software development practices, CI/CD, and scalable Azure architecture.
Implementation of robust, secure, compliant AI/ML solutions according to industry regulations
Consultative personality
Driven and proactive thinker
Must be able to start work at 8:30 AM CST daily
