Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire Line Area operations, processes, and conditions
Supervise and train team leaders and team members
Enhance customer service, drive sales, and boost profitability
Ensure effective merchandising for increased sales
Develop recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervise the implementation of Corporate plans for maximizing sales and productivity
Meet budgeted targets in P&L
Ensure daily work assignments are organized
Maintain compliance procedures
Implement processes to achieve goals in shrink, profit, sales, and labor
Train staff and promote career development
Review performance metrics and customer feedback regularly
Uphold exceptional customer service standards
Ensure a safe work environment
Attend all shifts punctually
And other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6-10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in different store areas is advantageous
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong multitasking and analytical abilities
Proficiency in financial analysis
Ability to mentor and lead a safety-focused team
Completion of required certifications
Capable of running the store in the absence of the Store Director
