    Job DescriptionPerforms work involving the skills of two or more maintenance occupations to keep equipment of an establishment in good repairPerforms preventative, routine and emergency maintenance on all homes/offices, vehicles, and related equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operations in compliance with safety codes and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)Minimum age 16Must have working knowledge of painting, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning/heating, refrigeration, auto mechanics, yard work techniques, and related toolsWorking knowledge of repair procedures for walls, flooring, windows, doors and other hardwareMust be able to lift and/or support 50 poundsMay need to drive within program sites and business office, as well as to various community vendorsMust be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead for simple home and office repairs and maintenanceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
